Built by Oochya (BBO) was founded with the intention of providing experienced Roblox developers with a trusted, transparent, and established hub to showcase, sell, and market their work. Our developers, all with unique skills and abilities have developed their knowledge over years of trial and error in Roblox Studio to bring you the best.

We believe that developers deserve fair pay for their time, creativity, and expertise. Too often in the Ro-market, creators undervalue their own work just to make a sale—something I (Oochya) have always wanted to change. That’s why our developers receive the majority of every sale on their products (starting at 70%, with potential to earn up to 90%). "Oochya", the alias of the site's creator, began experimenting with Roblox Studio circa 2017; with hopes to create something meaningful on the platform some day. "I used the term 'Built by Oochya' to watermark my work in Studio (buildings, cars, etc) when I was employed by games on Roblox, and eventually GPI (Game Product Industries, one of the largest Roblox development asset marketplaces)".

"Built by Oochya as an individual product hub/marketplace was always a bit of a joke- I never actually had intentions of following through with it because I couldn't be bothered managing everything. But I chose to part with my leadership position in GPI due to complications within the wider staff management, and overall company direction. Jacob (GPI CEO) and I remain on good terms as good mates, and hope to continue our business relationship in the future."
