Terms of Use

Built by Oochya in the following named as "Us", "Our" or "BBO".
Our products (Scripts, vehicles, Buildings, and others) in the following are named "our assets" or "our products". Roblox Corporation in the following "Roblox".

 

  • Redistribution

Redistributing our assets in any form (reselling, scamming, leaking, etc...) will lead to an immediate, unappealable blacklist from BBO and any associated groups.

 

  • Usage of BBO Assets

BBO assets may be used in games or projects, but the following rules apply:

 

  • Ownership Requirement: Only a team member who personally owns the asset(s) may use them in a project. This includes any primary developer or higher-level contributor.

  • Team Changes: If the owner of an asset leaves the project or team, the asset must either be removed from the project or purchased by a remaining team member who wishes to continue using it.

 

  • Illegal Usage

Illegal usage occurs when BBO assets are used in a game or project without a valid license. If such usage is reported, our Moderation Team will investigate, and the user may be:

  • Removed or banned from BBO and associated groups

  • Further payments blocked from builtbyoochya.com

  • Subject to legal action under the New Zealand Copyright Act 1994

BBO takes copyright infringement seriously and reserves the right to protect its assets to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

  • Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases made through BBO are generally final and non-refundable, unless covered under BBO's Money Back Guarantee. This is because digital assets, once delivered, cannot be "returned."

Consumer Rights:

BBO’s policies are based on New Zealand law and are provided in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet a reasonable standard, you are entitled to resolution under the CGA.

If you encounter any issues with a product you have purchased:

  • Customer Support Assistance: Our support team is available via the ticket system in our Discord server. If a product is faulty or not working as described, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

  • Fixes and Updates: If necessary, our team will fix the asset and provide you with an updated version.

  • Faulty Products: In the rare case that a product is unable to be fixed, and our Customer Support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable period, you may be eligible for a replacement product of equal value as compensation, or your money back.

  • Abuse of Refunds:
    Any attempt to abuse the refund process—whether through BBO or via your payment provider (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay, or credit/debit card)—may result in blocking further purchases or payments from your account. Repeated or fraudulent claims may also result in permanent loss of eligibility for refunds, store coupons and access to BBO Customer Support.

     

  • BBO reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of serious or repeated abuse.

  • Money Back Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters. If a product you purchase from Built by Oochya (BBO) contains a major issue or is not as advertised, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

 

  • Eligibility

You may submit a request if:

  • The product contains a significant functional error (e.g., broken scripts, missing components that prevent use).

  • The product is materially different from what was shown or stated on the product page.

  • Features advertised on the product page do not work or are absent.

  • The issue is not caused by modifications made after purchase.

 

Note: Minor visual differences, personal preference, or modifications made after purchase do not qualify as major functional errors.

  • Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact BBO Support within 30 days of purchase.

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue and, where relevant, screenshots or a short video.

  • Provide the product file to BBO customer support for review.

  • Resolution

Once reviewed, BBO may offer:​

  • Fixable Issues: If the issue can be resolved, you will receive a corrected/updated version of the product within 14 days, along with a store coupon of up to 50% off.

  • Developer Availability: If the developer responsible for the product is temporarily unavailable (e.g., on leave, illness, or otherwise unable to provide a fix), BBO will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases, the resolution timeline may be extended up to 21 days. The customer will be kept informed of progress, and developer unavailability will be disclosed within 3 days of the initial request.

  • Refund: If the issue cannot be resolved within the specified timeframe (14-21 days), a full refund and apology will be issued.​​​

  • Terms

BBO’s Money Back Guarantee ensures that if a product you purchase contains a major issue or is not as advertised, you will receive a resolution. In most cases, this will be a corrected or updated version of the product plus a store coupon. If the issue cannot be resolved within the stated timeframe or the advertising of the product is found to be misleading/incorrect, a full refund will be issued. The guarantee does not apply to changes of mind, user modifications, or claims made after 30 days from purchase. ​​​

To prevent abuse of this system, each customer is eligible for up to three full refunds under the Money Back Guarantee. After this, BBO reserves the right to provide fixes, updates, or store credit/coupons instead of a cash refund.

  • Special Terms of Use

Any of our assets may be given specific Terms of Service and Use, which must be followed at any time. Special Terms of Use may be found in the product listing description, along with downloaded documentation.
 

  • Other

We reserve the right to take action against any user or group found to be maliciously using BBO assets, at our discretion. This may include revoking access to products or services. We also reserve the right to revoke any product license for reasons not explicitly listed in these Terms of Use, if we reasonably deem it necessary to protect our assets or community.

 

These Terms of Use may be updated at any time without notice.
