A lot of Roblox asset hubs advertise 70–90% developer payouts — However the return (DevEx value) for Robux sales through Roblox-based Product Hubs isn't actually as good as it seems.

After Roblox’s 30% platform fee and the poor DevEx conversion rate ($Value to buy Robux, compared to $value to exchange Robux for real money), developers often end up earning pennies per sale, even when the cuts look generous on paper. A customer may spend $3 worth of Robux on a product, for the Developer to take home about 50-60 cents.

While Robux-based product hubs have their place, especially in terms of serving customers who do not have any other payment method availible, Built by Oochya has gone down a different path.

We focus on our USD platform, so developers earn from the actual listed price. Our devs take the majority share of real money, upfront, without any hidden losses. BBO's take includes all Stripe/Paypal processing fees, so our developers know exactly what they earn for each sale.

Our Roblox Hub pricing is structured around the Developer Exchange Rate, so 10 USD = 2,631 Robux. We take the hit on Roblox's 30% fee so our prices can remain more reasonable. Robux product prices may be rounded up or down to the nearest 10 or 100.
