Modular Edwardian Terrace Housing Kit

Stunning traditional Edwardian Terrace Houses typically found in European countries. This kit comes with two pre-made houses built in differing styles to help you easily create detailed residential streets for your map. They are appropriately separated with all key parts (main house colours such as brick/plaster walls) being well-organised and named so recolouring is as easy as possible. Fencing, gardens/foliage is also grouped and named so you can add/remove as you please.

Custom modeled mesh window frames to maximise detail and minimise part-count
Various PBR mesh assets (fences, detailed front door, and more)
Pictured variant has a total of 333 parts (both buildings, including the landscaping)
No interior, however one may be added post-sale as the buildings are empty, with no protruding parts.
Grouped buildings and appropriate model naming for ease of modification & copy/pasting to fill streets on your map.
